I am an IT Engineer with more than five years of hands-on experience in London's fast-moving fintech sector. I lead the administration, deployment, and integration of the industry's leading SaaS platforms, and I take a central role in connecting them cleanly into existing systems, from identity and access to networking, mail, and device management.
In fintech, priorities shift in minutes. Drawing on years of experience, I combine disciplined time management with deep technical knowledge to stay calm and effective under pressure. I have invested heavily in interpersonal awareness and crisis-management skills, and I work to a high standard of GDPR-aware, security-first practice across everything I deliver.
I grew up in a feedback-driven culture, focusing for years on competency-based development with the support of HR teams and managers, and always putting the feedback I received into practice. The experience I gained at Apple and the companies that followed taught me to mentor teammates and contribute to their growth. I value individual achievement, but I know that moving as one team is what helps us get a little better every day.

Run 1Password and LastPass business models, vault and password-sharing governance. GDPR-trained, supporting C-level, legal and HR with DocuSign and Digidentity, and giving vulnerability feedback.
Automation & AI
Fluent in Zapier, Pipedream and n8n. Manage Claude and OpenAI team plans, secure Gemini in Google Workspace, and produce training videos with Synthesia to onboard teams to AI.
Web & iOS Development
Shipped 30+ AI-integrated websites, several sold to companies, and published 2 iOS apps (Tinmapper, DesignMyHome). I own Apple Developer and Google Play Console account setup end to end.
Cloud, Domains & VPN
Cloudflare professional for DNS, domain and security management. Configured Twingate and OpenVPN across 800+ resources, plus NordVPN/ExpressVPN, and self-hosted Snipe-IT inventory on AWS for 1000+ users.
